Thai Luang Crispy Duck



Our crispy duck is a Thai Luang specialty and quite unlike duck found in other oriental restaurants. Its uniqueness comes from the way we prepare it and then cook it to order based on customer preferences and menu choice. We prepare our duck by boiling it until fully cooked. We de-bone and marinate it overnight in our own special sauce. When you place your order, we cook and season the duck according to your menu choice, taste preferences and serve crispy.
